Top of Book (topofbook.com) is operated by Blue Ambition Universe LLC, a limited liability company formed in the State of Wyoming, United States, with its registered address at 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801. Questions and takedown requests: support@topofbook.com.
What you are buying
You are buying a paid advertising placement on a public leaderboard. You are not buying a review, an award, a certification, an endorsement, a recommendation, or any statement about your competence or results. Your position on the board is determined by one thing: the total amount you have paid, compared with what everyone else has paid. Nothing else affects it.
Bids and payment
The minimum bid is $5. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Bids are cumulative: pay again on the same link and the amounts add together. Your listing goes live once Stripe confirms the payment.
No refunds
All bids are final and non-refundable. Your position can be taken at any time by someone paying more, and that is the entire point of the board. Being outbid is not a defect and is not grounds for a refund. The one exception: if we remove your listing under the content rules below, we refund the amount you paid for it.
What you may not list
You are responsible for everything in your listing and on the page it points to. You may not use this site to promote: • guaranteed profits, guaranteed returns, or "risk free" trading of any kind • fabricated or unverifiable performance figures, screenshots or track records • an identity that is not yours, or another person's name, likeness or brand without their permission • a regulated financial service you are not licensed to provide, including managing other people's money • anything illegal where you operate or where your audience is. We can remove any listing that breaks these rules, and we refund it when we do.
No advice, no endorsement
Nothing on this site is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. We do not verify, vet, audit, rate or endorse anyone listed here, and we make no claim about anyone's honesty, skill or results. Trading involves a substantial risk of loss. Most people who trade lose money. Do your own research before paying anyone listed here, and never rely on a paid ranking as a reason to trust someone with your money.
Liability
We provide the board as it is. We are not a party to anything that happens between you and a business you find here, and we are not liable for any loss arising from a listing, from being outbid, or from downtime. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is capped at the amount you have paid us in the last twelve months.
Changes and removal
We can change these terms, the pricing rules and the site itself. We can remove any listing that breaks the content rules, and refund it. If the site shuts down, listings stop being displayed and no refunds are owed for placements already served.
Affiliated listings
The people behind this board also run other businesses in the trading space. If the operator or an affiliated business ever holds a listing here, that listing is labeled as operator affiliated. The ranking mechanic never favors anyone: rank is the bid, for everyone, including us.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules, and disputes go before the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
